Reliable protection against electrostatic charge with antistatic
brushes

The rubbing of surfaces against each other, as well as the sudden separation of surfaces that are firmly pressed together, leads to electrostatic charging. This is a disrupting side effect that very often leads to charged parts “sticking” together and in some cases even to sparks and thus causing the risk of explosion. Costly production suspensions are  often the result, which you can safely avoid with our special technical brushes. Antistatic brushes consist of an aluminum body with carbon or ultra-fine stainless steel bristles. The electrostatic charge is reliably transferred to the metal body via the tips of the conductive bristles. This effectively prevents the build-up of high voltage through targeted and controlled discharge with industrial brushes for dissipation.
